Exercise Tip #1-
The first thing you need to do is eat a healthy breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast is important because it does two things for your body. It ends the fasting state from the night before which gets your metabolism going. The next thing it does is that it helps your day get started on the right track.
Exercise Tip #2-
Rest is the next important thing for your body. It's important to get between 7-8 hours of rest at night. During this time your body releases HGH and that helps your body recover from any workouts. If possible a 30 minute nap during the day can also do wonders for your body.
Exercise Tip #3-
If you want to lose any weight I am sure you understand that you've got to exercise. You don't have to buy a gym membership just yet. Start by doing things like playing basketball, riding a bike, hiking, going on walks.
Exercise Tip #4-
You'll never lose weight if you don't start eating healthy. It's important to eat 5-6 small meals each day. Try and get 400 calories in each meal. The portion size usually the size of the palm of your hand.
Exercise Tip #5-
By eating 5-6 small meals per day you're entering a win-win situation. Not only does your body enjoy it because it keeps your metabolism going, but you also get to eat more frequently during the day.
