When did you start learning programming?

Hello,
I have always this thought on my mind. When did you start learning programming and why? I am not a good programmer, when I was a kid then I love to see computer games and dream to play computer games on my pc because i didn't have computer back then. Because of this interest I chose computer science and engineering in B.SC and graduated. So, basically I start learning programming after the university admission. I would like to know about yours. What is your reason to choose programming?

I started learning my programming 2 years ago. I started learning from HTML language. Now I know HTML, VB.Net, CSS. Now i learning php programming language...

I started learning HTML and CSS at 13, and now am working on learning more advanced web languages such as PHP. I am also learning how to use MySQL with PHP to make software as I am beginning to deviate from static content designs and going to an in house CMS to use for clients of mine.
