    Vitamins

    Vitamins are very important for keeping eyes healthy, and is also necessary for keeping bones, teeth, skin & hair strong and well maintained All help the body break down fats, proteins and carbs, thus providing you with energy. B vitamins are also important for liver and intestinal health, as well as being effective in alleviating depression.

    If a person takes 1 iron table per day, will there be any medical problem in the long run ?? Experts please advise.

    I am agree with you, vitamins have a important role in our health. I am a vegetarian and i always use natural foods. I make my breakfast with and other recipes with fresh vegetables and fruit. I feel fresh and active all day. So natural vitamins can get rid your several diseases within no time.
