    How do you keep yourself healthy?

    Here are some of the ways on how I keep myself healthy.

    * Drink plenty of water
    * Eat fruits and vegetables
    * Exercise daily
    * Being positive, staying happy

    Staying healthy needs a lot of things to maintain and firstly you have to take regular diet and enough drinks. secondly you have to do exercise at least 30 minutes a day.If possible you do some Yoga for keeping your calm and steady.

    For being healthy we must go for morning walk and drink more water and eat light food.We must avoid oily food and avoid spicy food.We should do exercise daily for sometime.

    I go for a run most day that I'm not breakfasting at - although with the dark days it's getting later and later - but it certainly allows maintaining the self-discipline, maintaining touching the outside, knowing how to oxygen, and to keep my shoulder muscles shifting.

    Get up in early morning. Than do some yoga and exercise. After 1 hour of exercise take breakfast. Add fruits and milk in breakfast. Take salad in lunch time. Add cucumber, carrot, beer etc in lunch. This will make us fit. Avoid oily food. Drink coconut water and fruits in the evening. Do not take heavy dinner. Take dinner before 4 hour to get sleep. Take minimum 7 hour sleep.

    A combination of Running, Swimming, and Boxing every other day.

    And weight inbetween .

    All that alongside eating healthy you will be extremely fit but its extremely hard to keep yourself motivated each day, unless u set goals for yourself.

    Actually keeping yourself healthy is not hard thing to do. Just we need some regular light exercize and balanced diet. Daily take vegetables in your diet and also take flesh at least one time. I do implement in my daily life. Try it out.

    Here,health is most importance to live from disease.Any one to became a healthy then do yoga,dont drink drity water,exercise,maintain ur body,daily morning walk,eat fruit,etc this is thing to do daily for healthy..

    I don't do exercises frequently but if I got a chance, walking would be the best for me. I don't watch my diet, I just eat whatever I like and what is available in the table, good thing that my metabolism works well for me. I drink plenty of water and most of all, I keep a positive outlook in life and it affects everything I do everyday.

    To stay healthy yourself, it is important to do regular Exercises and Yoga. The Food is also as important as exercise. You can take fruits in your morning breakfast which is very good to maintain the health. In your food the oil should be less so that the fat won't be increased in body.
