    I think that intensive swimming is better than running.

    Running will be good for first 10 mins and then we will get exhausted or tired and we will have more chances to invite knee problem, in case of swimming...its good, fresh and all muscles will be utilized and trim your body

    Swimming and running both are very powerful exercise to reduce weight but swimming is more powerful exercise then running. In swimming, our whole body works from inside. So swimming is preferable in all cases.

    thanks everyone for sharing his comments. Personally, I do swimming. Its really hard as compared to the running or any other cardio exercise but

    Both are good types of cardio exercise. I like to do both exercise. If I choose between them, I mostly prefer Running ahead of swimming. Running can increase stamina and metabolism. It may improve mental health and also maintain healthy weight. Running can helps to build strong muscles and joints.

    I thin if your body are maintain and fit then then your exercise are necessary and i think the best exercise is running and swimming, the person is always fit who wake up early in the morning and go to the running daily and swimming also very important to fit our body, i also go to the running daily and swimming that.s why my body is fit and perfect.

    Running is best. Running generally burns more fat and calories than swimming, because running is more apt to build fat- and calorie-burning muscle, your heart beats faster when you run and exercising in air increases your metabolism for a much longer period than exercising in water.

    Swimming and running both are the good ways to reduce the weight. But proper diet is very important. If you are regular in exercise then it will be beneficial for you.

    According to me Running is the best exercise for losing weight. Create a running weight loss plan based on your goals. The plan should include your route, how long the route will take, and how long you want to stick with that particular route.
