What should we do for weight gaining as some people have low body weight. What diet should they take which helps to increase their weight.

Daily Meal and the food habit plays very vital role to gain the weight.Because if your are going to eat high calorie diet then you can defiantly gain the weight fast.Milk is one of the best way to gain the weight.Bananas are also the best because it contains high calorie.Take rest properly.

If you want to gain weight So Always drink a lots of water. Eat more fruits and green vegetables. Also banana is a best fruit for weight gain. always do yoga because it is one of the best way to gain weight.

Actually I don't know any clear reasons for people who have 'low' weight to gain it. Your body condition is unique and original, so only you can know your body weight index for sure. I mean that there is no matter to gain something, that many people all over the world are trying to loose. So just feel yourself and if you really want to gain weight, just eat a lot of special concentrates or junk food in the night.

If you wants to gain weight than increase the amount of food that are rich in fats like cheese, butter or cream. Eat fruits that are rich in potassium or calories like banana or papaya. Take eight to ten hours of sleep every day.

Well proper diet is very good for gaining weight because there are many diet plans that can be followed and i think best is to eat every thing in balance amount and also some exercise that is helpful for gaining weight. Use maximum protein and also use meat and chicken.
