For those of you that did not really understand this contest. It's very simple. All you will have to do is fill up a Form. Username, Country, Hobbies, and few more things. then a webpage will be designed for you.

Once the webpage is done, you can use the webpage's link and strat bringing some traffic to it. If you are the member with the most points, you will win Cash money through paypal.
