Ya.....It is due to gym, the body becomes flexible and bones stretches.So, the body feels pain.
Please reduce your workout and exercise duration. And also try to identify on which position, you starting feeling pain. Take some rest during exercise interval.
The best treatment for this is you may try exercises involving the rotator cuff to prevent stress on these shoulder muscles. The simplest shoulder exercise is the pendulum exercises.
I think you should stop doing some exercises or even see a doctor and consult him or her about your pain.
Go to doctor of course and in no case dont try to continue exersises bacause it cam make the things worse.
I advise you all to try a umts repeater. Also I use video surveillance systems
