Actually all my measures to keep my body fit depend on the season of the year. In winter I like skiing, but in summer I prefer to play soccer.

To keep my body feet i always go for walk. then i take limited food and i avoid oily and junk food in my meal. i do the other exercise like Yoga, cycling, walking on trade meal. if sometimes i have no time then i do dancing for fifteen to twenty minutes because dancing is also one of the exercise. with the Yoga we can throw all the stress from our mind. if we have no stress on our mind then our mind is working well and we feel fresh.always keep smiling. may be you know that laughter is the best exercise for our health. so these are the things with that we can keep our body feet.

To keep my body fit, I usually get up early in the morning and go for walk daily and not even having so much oily things........
