    I think in this situation, if he had done nothing of the past to lose my confidence. Then I would try to let it go and forget about it. Trust him. If I tried this, however, and noted an increasingly suspicious of him.

    Avoid junk food. Get up early in the morning and go regular for morning walk. Drink plenty of water. fruits that help for losing weight are watermelon,papaya,musk,peach.

    According to me you have to do an exercise to lose the weight. You can eat the fruits and green vegetables which helps to give the energy as well as it maintain the fat in the body is well.     Fruits are awesome. But if you really want to loose weight, eating fruits won't help. It will just keep you energized but won't be able to loose those fats as any workout can. If you workout and eat fruits, thats the most awesome combination.

    I always do exercise for making fit body. Today I am done my bi shape exercise and tomorrow I will do tri shape exercise for looking good. Sometimes I also do yoga in the morning for loosing my extra fat from my body.

    In my opinion, fruits are good to maintain weight. Because of it contains low calories and as well as low carbohydrates amount. Personally I eat fruits instead of 3 main meals it helped me to reduce my body fat soon.
