Need A Residence Abroad.

My native place is china i want to take a residence in Australia but i don,t have so much idea of this how could i do this and how could i apply for this than one of my colleague tell me about Expat (http://www.justlanded.com/) i just want to know from different online member of this forum can anyone suggest me what i have to do now and is this is good for me to go for expat please give me suggestion as i am very much confused.

Australia is and open country. they are currently running out of working force. So I think you can go live there without any problems

You can purchase a property through your friend having green card.

I would recommend Canada.. and if you have some acquaintances then you can buy in their names.
