It a new algorithm announced by Google. Its aim is to fight against content farms (duplicate content website).
Google Panda having following factors:
This are as per new Google algorithm of Feb 2011:
- Accuracy: Be clear, concise and don't waste your visitors time
- Relevancy: Stay on topic and become an 'authority' in your field
- Efficiency: Make sure your site loads fast and navigation is simplified
- Authority: Provide 'unique' information or resources that educate visitors
- Sufficiency: Offer resources such as Blogs, videos or up to date industry related news

Keep building unique content, don't syndicate. If you were carrying out good SEO, then you would have been doing this already. If your website does any of these you are tripping up Google's flags and will probably see declining traffic.

Google panda is a algorithm of google. It's check website back links and quality of links. Panda remove bad back links to site. It's granted every website page rank to online search in search engine according their performance.

I Know Google panda is a new algorithm.This is new algorithm For SEO.The main aim of Panda is to catch poor quality sites, duplicate content and penalize the site by sending it to the last page of results.
