Carpel tunnel relief can also be got by using ice. You can apply an ice pack on your aching wrist, as it will lessen the pain. If ice is unavailable, go for a hot treatment. Apply a heating pad on the aching wrist and leave it on for some time. Carpel tunnel syndrome treatment at home involves the use of preventive measures and exercises. However, it is best to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

1)Make a mixture of one cup of coconut oil and one and half cup of olive oil and apply it over your hands and wrist.
2)You should cut a potato into slices and boil them with their peel into a glass of water. After boiling the slices, mesh them slightly, apply them on your affected area when it is quite hot and tie a clean cloth over the paste.leave it to dry for half an hour and wash it off with warm water.

I'm also having problems with my right hand and wrist at this time. It looks like I'm having carpal tunnel syndrome. Kinda scary though coz I read that when it gets worst, it will be needing surgery..Waaahhh.. I don't like that to happen to me. I have read that putting ice on it will lessen the pain and there are some stretches that we need to do to avoid this syndrome..

Olive oil the best thing that you can applied on your hand and wrist.
Just massage your hand with olive oil for 5-10 min then covered it with hot cloth or towel.
Do this just before sleeping so that you can take rest for long time.
