do you do exercise every day?

i do exercise every day one hours only.
because i am working person and i don't have leisure time.

I manage to exercise twice a day usually at morning before going to office and taking breakfast secondly at 6Pm, and i feel good having this schedule.

Yes i do the exercise everyday because it is good for health. While an hour of a day do the exercise is good for health. It is entirely ridiculous to expect that all the things change our fundamental natures just because a top scientific panel for the following high-quality investigational methodologies for the health.

I try to exercise at least half an hour every day but not always as sometimes I am too tired to do anything.

I daily spent two to three hours for daily exercise. Exercise is my passion. If You want to stay healthy and stronger then At-least spent two to three hours for daily exercise, Otherwise Increase Your physical activities like swimming , running , cycling , walking etc.

yes i do twice in a day. Morning and Evening walk makes men perfect and fit.

I go to the gym 3 times a week and my gym teacher tells me every time what to do and helps me with the exact dosage of weight to lift. And of course i try to eat less but that's not always so simple :)

i cant make myself do exersice every morning so i go to the gym once a week and in the swimming pool once too)
and trying not to eat after 7)

Of Course I do regular exercise every day. I wake up early morning 5am and walk at least three miles, then after do deeps and cycling, last half hour do Yoga for relaxation. These it the my daily routing from last two years.

I also do exercise everyday in the early morning because I am a working person and do not have sufficient time, so i use in the morning and really feel very relax after doing exercise.

I used to visit the gym twice or even three times a week, but now my training is my little son, he's just two months, so It's a hard work, you know...:D

No I am not doing exercise everyday but I want to do it daily. I have not much time for doing this. I know that there are many of the benefits for doing exercise daily and also it helps in staying fit and fine.

Not fix but I try to exercise at least an hour every day but not always as sometimes I am too tired to do anything. But doing exercising regularly helps me to keep my body fit and active and not to forget full of energy for whole day.
