If i were to buy a xbox 360 in 2009 would it have the new chip?

I was wondering If I were to buy a Xbox 360 pro with the 60gb in 2009 (this year) would it have the new Jasper Or Falcon chip?

yea you will get the Jaspar motherboard, i have the falcon, if the manufacturing date is after november of 08 then it's a jaspar
